    Katia Ogorodnikova

    Katia Ogorodnikova is a theater director and teacher. She began her professional career in her native Belarus and completed her initial training in France (Théâtre du Soleil with Ariane Mnouchkine) and in Russia (Lev Dodine, Leonid Heifets). Among the plays she has directed are Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, Wilder Thornton's Our Town, Dragonskaya's All Boys Are Fools and Drink, Sing, Cry. Settled in France since 2010, she obtained the Licence professionnelle Encadrement des ateliers de pratiques théâtrales from Sorbonne nouvelle Paris 3. She created the company Bateau Volant. She directed L'histoire des ours pandas by Mateï Visnec, Guerre by Lars Norén, Passeport Rouge (Avignon Off 2015) of which she is also the author.
