    Hotel City (46°31' 26.4" N/6° 38'9.6"E)

Hotel City is a multimedia research project concerning the fragmentation of information in the early part of the 21st century.

It combines film, theatre and digital technologies. In an era when films are viewed online, it examines new forms of narration, fiction and editing, and maps out a poetic blueprint of the city. Taking as its basic material thirty-five fictional scenes filmed in Lausanne in the summer of 2014, the research focused in particular on the design of software capable of editing these scenes independently and randomly by fusing them together according to various protocols and links, and connecting them to other peripherals (screens, interactive maps, printers, etc.).
