Le concours d'entrée du Bachelor Théâtre a lieu deux années sur trois.
Une promotion de 16 étudiant·es comédien·nes est formée à l’issue des auditions.

Les candidat·es doivent également attester d’une pratique ou d’une formation théâtrale préalable intensive d’au moins une année. La formation doit avoir été suivie sous la responsabilité d’un·e professionnel·le, dans le cadre d’un conservatoire, d’un cours privé ou d’une école d’art dramatique.
L’école peut, à titre exceptionnel, ne pas exiger des candidat·es le diplôme requis si ils ou elles font preuve d’un talent hors du commun dans le domaine artistique.
Aucune condition de nationalité n’est exigée.
Les titulaires de diplômes étrangers peuvent concourir à l’entrée dans une filière Bachelor si leur diplôme est équivalent à l’un des titres cités ci-dessus.
Les candidat·es résidant hors de l'espace Schengen voulant se présenter au concours doivent prendre contact directement avec l'administration par e-mail à l'adresse auditions@manufacture.ch, si possible plusieurs semaines avant le délai d'envoi des dossiers.
La Manufacture se situe dans la partie francophone de la Suisse (Romandie) et la langue principale de travail et de la vie quotidienne est le français. Une très bonne connaissance de la langue française est donc exigée.
La procédure d’admission (concours) se déroule en trois phases :
a) le dossier d’admission
b) premier tour d'audition
c) second tour d'audition
Ces épreuves sont obligatoires pour tout candidat·e inscrit. Aucune équivalence n’est accordée pour l’admission.
Les modalités précises des deux tours d'audition sont communiquées aux candidat·es au moment de leur inscription. Le jury des épreuves du concours, présidé par la direction de l’école ou par son·a représentant·e, est formé d’expert·es extérieurs et/ou de professeur·es de l’école.
Les candidat·es doivent s’acquitter lors du dépôt du dossier d'inscription d’une taxe de CHF 80.- pour l’organisation du concours d’admission, au sens de l’article 5 du Règlement relatif aux taxes à la HES-SO.
Admission to the Bachelor in Contemporary Dance results of a two-round competitive audition held in the spring.

In exceptional cases, school management may admit candidates to the exam who do not fulfill all of the above-mentioned conditions, but who show clear artistic vocation.
There are no nationality requirements.
Holders of foreign diplomas can register if their diploma is equivalent to one of the above-mentioned titles.
Candidates residing outside the Schengen area who wish to take part in the competition should contact the administration directly by email at auditions@manufacture.ch, if possible several weeks before the deadline for submitting applications.
La Manufacture is located in the french speaking region of Switzerland (Romandie), therefore the language of everyday life is French. Courses are taught in French and English. Students are not required to be bilingual upon admission, but they are expected to acquire a very good level of understanding of the other language over the course of their first year of studies.
The admission process unfolds in three phases :
1) Registration
2) First round of auditions
3) Second round of auditions
These steps are mandatory for all candidates. No equivalence can be granted for admission. The jury is presided over by the University director and is constituted by field experts and/or Manufacture lecturers.
Candidates must pay an admission fee of CHF 80.- upon submission of their registration form to participate to the costs of the auditions, according to the HES-SO regulations.
Admission to the Master in Scenic Arts results of a two-round competitive audition held in the spring. A class of 12 students is selected after the auditions.

Candidates must also have previous experience of choreography, stage direction or scenography.
There is no nationality requirement.
Holders of foreign diplomas may apply for entry to the Master's programme if their diploma is equivalent to one of the qualifications listed above.

Courses are taught in French and/or English. Students are not required to be bilingual on admission, but are expected to acquire a very good command of the other language during their first year of study.
This programme is aimed at young graduates or practitioners in the fields of scenography, stage direction or choreography who wish to develop their personal artistic approach, broaden their interdisciplinary skills and strengthen their professional foundations as project leaders.
There are two rounds in the selection process, designed to ensure that the specific skills required are met:
a) Submission of an application including an artistic and research dossier, which serves as the basis for the first round of selection.
b) The second round is a probationary stage in which candidates are exposed to different work situations, together and separately, followed by an interview with the jury.
These tests are compulsory for all registered candidates. No equivalence is granted for admission.
Multiple applications, submitted to two sites belonging to the Master-Campus, are authorised without restriction. Admission decisions are taken by the registration sites.
The examination panel, chaired by the school's director or his or her representative, is made up of the head of the programme, external experts and/or professors from the school.
Candidates must pay a fee of CHF 80 for the organisation of the entrance exams, as defined in article 5 of the HES-SO Fees Regulations, when submitting their application.
