In order to ease the transition from the end of a course at an arts university to entering the professional world for recent arts graduates, the Leenaards Foundation has established a support scheme known as the Tremplin Prize.

La Manufacture is part of this scheme, which takes the form of employment contract support for its graduates in acting, dance, directing and set design. Thus, a contribution towards the salary costs and expenses of young graduates may be granted if they are engaged in a production or project run by a production company or employer.  

As a company or cultural institution, and a potential employer, this Prix Tremplin is of particular relevance to you: applications for the Prize are made on the basis of a joint application by the graduate.
