Karine Dahouindji
Karine Dahouindji begins with a classical training then moves towards the contemporary. In 2013, she joined the National Center of Contemporary Dance in Angers and obtained her National Superior Professional Dance Diploma in 2015. The same year, she entered the HES-SO “La Manufacture” in Switzerland to develop her universe with composition and improvisation. During this training she got involved in various video, photo and film projects. In 2018, she obtained her Bachelor in Contemporary Dance and continued with the project “Talents Adami Danse” with the choreographers Béatrice Massin and Pierre Rigal. At the same time, with three members of her class, she created the OUINCH OUINCH collective and the “Happy Hype” project that they played in Switzerland and Germany. Karine now works mainly in Switzerland with different artists; choreographers, director or visual artist such as Nicole Seiler, Yasmine Hugonnet, Natasza Gerlach or Maëlle Gross. She is also participating in the “Tanzfaktor 2020” tour with a piece by OUINCH OUINCH “Molecutrio” and will be an associate artist at l’Abri in Geneva for the 2021/2022 season.
