Textographie
This project proposes to put the text back at the center of the theatrical practice. It is a question of seeing how the text is in itself the bearer of elements that inform the actor's work, with a focus on diction and voice work. The objective is to show how the text, by its very form, is a source of invention and innovation for those who take seriously not only what it says but above all how it conveys meaning. By studying the texts closely, inclunding their materiality, their grammatical density and their lexical landscape, the team seeks modes of interpretation.
